Heathrow's Four Terminals
Heathrow Airport operates four terminals (Terminal 1 closed in 2015). Each has different pickup points and procedures for chauffeur services:
Terminal 2 (The Queen's Terminal)
Used by: Star Alliance airlines (United, Lufthansa, Air Canada, Singapore Airlines)
Pickup Location: Arrivals Level, Door 7-8
Our Process: Chauffeur meets you inside arrivals hall with name board. We monitor flight via BA/LHR APIs and adjust automatically for delays.
Journey Time to Central London: 45-60 minutes
Terminal 3
Used by: Oneworld airlines (American, Cathay Pacific, Qantas, JAL)
Pickup Location: Arrivals Level, near WHSmith
Our Process: Same meet & greet service. T3 has longer walk from some gates - we include 1 hour free waiting from landing time.
Journey Time to Central London: 45-60 minutes
Terminal 4
Used by: SkyTeam airlines (Delta, KLM, Air France, Korean Air)
Pickup Location: Arrivals Hall, central meeting point
Our Process: T4 is south of the other terminals. Your driver will be in arrivals - look for your name on the board.
Journey Time to Central London: 50-65 minutes (slightly longer route)
Terminal 5
Used by: British Airways exclusively
Pickup Location: Arrivals Level, between Doors 4-5
Our Process: T5 is the largest and most modern. Very clear signage. Chauffeurs wait in the main arrivals area.
Journey Time to Central London: 45-55 minutes (often quickest due to location)
Private Aviation / VIP Terminals
We also serve Heathrow's private terminals for business jets. Different pickup procedures apply - contact us for details.
