At Heathrow Terminal 5 (British Airways), the arrivals hall is on the ground floor — your driver will be positioned in the named meeting area inside the terminal after the customs exit. At Heathrow T2 (United, Lufthansa), the arrivals area is equally straightforward with a clear name board meeting point. At Gatwick, both North and South terminals have designated meeting areas immediately past the customs exit. Stansted has a single terminal with a clear arrivals greeting area.
