Our private chauffeur takes you from London through the Channel Tunnel (Eurotunnel Le Shuttle at Folkestone, 35 minutes crossing) to Calais, then southeast on French motorways (A16/N13) to Caen and the Normandy coast — approximately 4–4.5 hours total from London. This is significantly more flexible than flying (there are no direct flights to the Normandy area) and allows you to stop at your own pace at multiple beach and memorial sites.
Day 1: London → Channel Tunnel → Caen (4 hours). Mémorial de Caen museum (afternoon). Day 2: Omaha Beach → American Cemetery → Pointe du Hoc → Utah Beach. Day 3: Bayeux (the Tapestry, the Cathedral, and the British Cemetery) → London.
