3.1 All bookings must be made through our website, by phone (020 8064 2210), or via WhatsApp (+44 7942 317839).
3.2 A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written Booking Confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking.
3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct — including pick-up address, drop-off address, date, time, and passenger numbers. Please notify us immediately of any errors.
3.4 For airport pickups, you must provide your correct flight number so we can monitor your arrival.
4.1 All prices quoted are fixed and inclusive of VAT (where applicable), meet & greet service, flight monitoring, and up to 60 minutes of waiting time for airport pickups.
4.2 Quoted prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking. Any significant route changes may result in price adjustments, agreed in advance.
4.3 Payment can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash to the driver. Card payments are processed securely.
4.4 The following additional charges may apply:

5.1 Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, driver illness). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative vehicle will be arranged at no extra cost.
6.1 For all airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled landing time of your flight (or actual landing time if your flight is delayed and we are notified).
6.2 We monitor flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, we will automatically adjust your pickup time at no additional charge.
6.3 After 60 minutes of waiting, additional charges apply at £10 per 30 minutes. We will attempt to contact you before additional charges are incurred.
6.4 If we cannot reach you within 90 minutes of landing and you have not collected your driver, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
7.1 For airport arrivals, your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name.
7.2 The driver will wait at the designated meeting point after clearing the exit from customs. If you cannot locate your driver, please call the number on your Booking Confirmation.
7.3 For non-airport pickups, the driver will wait at the agreed address for up to 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time.
8.1 Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times. Children under 12 or under 135cm must be secured in an appropriate child/booster seat (available on request — please specify when booking).
8.2 No smoking (including e-cigarettes) is permitted in any of our vehicles.
8.3 No consumption of alcohol is permitted unless prior arrangement has been made.
8.4 Animals are not permitted in vehicles unless they are assistance dogs or prior arrangement has been made.
8.5 Passengers must behave respectfully towards our drivers. We reserve the right to terminate a journey if a passenger's behaviour is threatening, abusive, or unsafe. No refund will be given in such circumstances.
8.6 Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the journey.
9.1 Standard luggage allowance is specified at the time of booking based on the vehicle type selected.
9.2 Please advise us of any oversized or unusual items (surfboards, pushchairs, wheelchairs, etc.) at the time of booking so we can ensure the correct vehicle is allocated.
9.3 We accept no liability for loss or damage to luggage unless caused by the negligence of our driver.
10.1 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure your journey is completed on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
11.1 Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total cost of the booking in question.
11.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including missed flights, hotel bookings, or other consequential losses.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.4 All our vehicles carry public liability insurance as required by TfL.
12.1 We operate a 100% electric fleet (Mercedes EQ series). In the rare event that an EV vehicle is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an equivalent non-electric executive vehicle at the same price.
13.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14.2 If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
15.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking will apply to that booking. We recommend you check these terms before each booking.
